I can't find any date in or on the radio, but my guess is it is early 1960s from the following: on the back of my radio there is a label which indicates that the E suffix are all the same, but the T12* prefix of the model number Identifies the color of the cabinet. So it looks like the letter suffix identifies the basic model, perhaps the year. The second picture I'm attaching shows this label.
