AM broadcast only. This is an unusual radio in that most of the exterior case is made of a dense fiberboard instead of plastic or metal. All the light green in the pictures is fiberboard. There is some color variation, not as evident as the pictures indicate. Some guides describe it incorrectly as metal. Only the top and bottom caps are metal, light tan hammertone. It operates on AC line or battery. The battery is Eveready #753 or equivalent. |
